Instead of prescribing one diet, or one way of exercising, I tailor individualized wellness programs to meet your personal needs. Ultimately diets don’t work because they aren’t sustainable, and one way of eating doesn’t work for everyone. I assist with lifestyle transformation over diet, and want to give you lifelong tools, not a quick fix. I take a holistic approach, meaning I work with the Whole Self, addressing all areas of life. Health starts in the mind, and getting in touch with how you want to feel. Everything in your body is intimately interconnected, meaning there is not one thing that is separate from another, on a mental level, physical level, and also on an energetic level. So in short, we will work with everything on your plate, and everything off your plate. We will look at everything in and around your life to see what may be causing you to feel off balance. This is where the “mind, body, and spirit” come in. Depending on your personal needs, we may choose to integrate not only food and supplements, but things such as Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda (ancient knowledge of longevity), and possibly other healing modalities to help you find balance and shift the energy in your body.
My approach to health coaching always begins with an open heart and an open mind. I understand there are reasons for everything, so I come from a place of understanding, compassion, respect, and never judgment. I will listen and hold a safe space for you. I will hold your hand, but also hold you accountable as you go along your journey. This approach is not about acquiring more self discipline or willpower. It’s about personally discovering what nourishes you, what feeds you, and ultimately what makes your life extraordinary. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself and for it to be sustainable, so that you can live a happy, healthy, fulfilling life!

Why six months?
Seems like a long time, I know. However, it’s just enough time to make sustainable lifestyle changes. Lifestyle changes are a process that take time and require support. Once you’re ready to make a change, the difficult part is committing and following through. This includes being able to set a habit, drop a habit, and re-establish habits, experience high and low times, stressful situations, social situations, and change of season. It’s also enough time to experiment with different dietary approaches, and to recalibrate. It supports lasting change, and produces breakthroughs and transformations. It will be a beautiful journey that you will learn and grow from.
